Detailer Hours Mon-Fri 10:00am - 6:00pm No weekends. No Holidays. No staying late. Pay $15 an hr Qualifications? This is always a difficult section. To us it's not about the most experienced detailer. We want people that enjoy the work they are doing and the people they are working with. So the biggest qualification is a good attitude and willingness to work - everything else we can work through and figure out. That goes doubly for your background. Everyone has things that have happened in their lives that create hardships - we can and do look past that. Essential Functions 1. Operating buffers, steamers, pressure washers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations. 2. Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles. 4. Moving and parking vehicles, fueling vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations or picking owners or drivers up if needed. 5. Managing inventory and providing a list to the owner to reorder supplies when low. 6. Start vehicles as needed. 7. Deliver and pickup vehicles as needed. 8. Keep space clean and maintained. 9.Time management/ ability to stay on task. Frequently, the Detailer's decisions and actions strongly impact the company's revenue, operations, reputation, and/or customer satisfaction. The Detailer follows routine procedures, established guidelines, or clearly stated standards,and performs work under little supervision. Knowledge & Skills • Ability to learn quickly • Follow directions and ability to accept constructive feedback • Frequent exposure to outside area requiring the use of weather appropriate attire - Main work area environment is outdoors but under cover. • Must be able to sit, stand, bend and twist as needed. Requires walking on non-level surfaces, inside and outside the office, throughout the day • Lifting of 50lbs or more is common and requires proper lifting techniques. Requirements 1.
