Join Yoga6 Pinecrest for a Slow Flow yoga class at Fabletics! This yoga class flows at a slow down pace giving time to explore individual postures and transitions. Newer students find this class builds confidence and familiarity, while more experience students refine the fundamentals of alignment and dive into a deeper practice. You will gently engage, open, and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible yoga poses, fluid movement, and breath. You can meet the team at Y6 Pinecrest and learn more about their founding member discount. Join their growing community before they open on US1 and 136th. PARKING: Best place to park is near the food court, store is located near Macy's Children and Home department across from Zara and Saks. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to claim your space and fill out an event waiver. Please bring to class a yoga mat and water bottle (optional to bring yoga blocks and straps).
