Immerse yourself in a curated, dynamic, artful journey weaving together a wide range of music styles and healing modalities. Music genres range from bass, house, tribal, funk, reggae, world beats, and medicine music. Healing modalities to be experienced - yoga, dance, breath-work, sound-bath, aromatherapy, and human connection. Begin with body, breath, and voice warms ups. Then the energy moves in several peaks and waves of emotions that can be experienced as a birth, death, and rebirth cycle, to produce the experience of ecstasy and catharsis of ecstatic dance.
