Join expert biologists with the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources for an up-close look at some of the state’s most fascinating animals: reptiles and amphibians! The event will be held at the Scott and Norma Matheson Wetlands Preserve in Moab on Aug. 19, from 7–8:30 p.m. We will meet in the south parking lot. What to expect: Close-up experiences with snakes, lizards, frogs, toads and more!Biologists on-site to answer questions about various species’ natural history, behavior and biology.An educational, family-friendly event.A deepened appreciation for Utah’s wildlife.Keep in mind: This event is limited to the first 30 people who register.There are no restroom facilities at this location.Pets are not allowed on the preserve.The event may be moved to another date if weather conditions are unfavorable.
