Attic Construction is seeking to fill a crew lead position. We remove and replace insulation in primarily residential homes. This can be hard work in hot and confined places. Crew lead is responsible for leading by example while also running the job site. you would be in constant contact with the home office, providing picture and updates on the status of each job. Crew lead requirements: - Drivers license - Two years of construction experience - The ability to give and receive directives Crew lead compensation: - Starting pay is $18 an hour plus overtime with a two week probationary period, after which you will be raised to $19 - After one more month based on your performance you will receive another one dollar an hour raise Text me Darren at (714) 888-8838, and i'll reach out to schedule an interview.
