Flower Mandalas in the Rondels

Description

Flower Mandalas are circular designs that symbolize life, the universe and our connections to both. They also represent the transient nature of everything. During this workshop, we will use flowers, found objects, petals, and other plant material to create seasonally relevant Mandalas on the paths connecting the Rondels. As visitors step through them through out the day, the Mandalas will scatter– revealing the ephemeral nature of things. The workshop will be led by Landcraft President Dennis Schrader and Landcraft Gardener Kerry Ann McLean.
