We invite you to participate in the City of Madera 17th Annual Health & Benefits Fair on Thursday, October 13, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the John Wells Youth Center located at 701 East 5th Street, Madera, CA 93638. The health fair will be held inside a well-ventilated gymnasium, but we can set up outdoors if COVID-19 guidelines require it or at your request. We invite you to showcase your product(s) while engaging our employees in an interactive activity focused on maintaining good overall physical, emotional or financial health. This could be anything from exercises or relaxation activities to retirement planning calculators. We anticipate that 220 employees will attend the event. Please confirm your attendance and the activities to be provided by calling or emailing me by Friday, September 9, 2022. A booth (2 ½ x 6’ table, 2 chairs, and standard tablecloth) will be provided for you. If you need an outlet, special placement, or outdoor accommodations due to COVID-19 precautions, please let me know. Please furnish signs, banners, decorations, and extension cords. We request vendors arrive at 8:00 a.m. to allow for set up before employees arrive at 9:00 a.m. We also request that vendors provide a prize for the raffle (gift basket, gift card, product that encourages health/wellness). Please indicate whether you will be providing a prize when you confirm your attendance. Upon arrival, all prizes should be provided to HR as we will be raffling off the prizes during the event.
