Our Annual Block Party will once again be held on the second block of Baltimore Avenue, from 11 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 16, 2022. Join for a day of celebration and performances, and vendors including local restaurants, caterers, businesses, non-profits, and other organizations. A limited number of new vendor spaces are available for reservation on a first come basis. The Block Party is a tremendous way to reach a broad and diverse group of attendees, while supporting CAMP Rehoboth. *Space & Tents are Limited Payment/ Registration is due by Sept 30th, 2022. Event is rain or shine!!! Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE after Sept 30th!! ***Please Note we will NOT be providing 8’ tables this year. Sorry for any inconvenience, this simply became cost prohibitive for us. CAMP Rehoboth Block Party Vendor Rules and Regulations All vendors must agree to adhere at all times to all rules, regulations and policies of CAMP Rehoboth, Inc. and to follow all directions and instruction of its officials and personnel. All vendors must agree to release, relieve, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless, CAMP Rehoboth, Inc., its officers and agents, the City of Rehoboth Beach and festival participants from all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgments, expenses, costs and charges of every kind, including without limitation, court costs, and attorney’s fees, resulting from its occupancy of the space herein under this contract by reason of personal injuries, loss of life or property damages. And to release the above organizers from any loss, theft, vandalism and/or fire during this event on October 16, 2022. 1. The Block Party will be held rain or shine. The Block Party registration fee is non-refundable after September 30, 2022 2. Set up will begin October 16, 2022, at 9am and must be completed by 10:30am. The Block Party begins promptly at 11:00 am. Specific set up times and location of your booth will be sent to you in advance. If you do not comply with your set-up time, you will not be allowed admission for set-up. 3. Vendor booth hours of operation will be from noon to 4pm. Organizers will allocate space unless prior arrangements have been made. Participating vendors will be assigned a designated space on Baltimore Avenue and will be able to rent 10’x10’ tent space(s) or provide their own. Any special vendor needs will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. 4. Vendors may furnish their own tents, tables, chairs, and equipment. If electricity is necessary, vendors must provide their own silent generators and have a fire extinguisher. 5. We will provide a 10’x’10 tent while supplies last and it was paid for. 6. Spaces must be kept neat and clean. 7. Vendors must remain open until 4pm closing time. No exceptions 8. All food vendors must hold and display current food preparation and sales licenses and must meet all health and safety regulations required by the State of Delaware for shortage and preparations of food items. 9. NO sale of alcoholic beverages will be allowed by any vendor. Alcoholic beverages sold by the restaurants on the block or purchased at CAMP Rehoboth may not be taken off premises. 10. All vendors MUST be packed and vacated from Baltimore Avenue by 5pm unless prior approval has been given by the organizers of the City of Rehoboth Beach. Volunteers will be on-hand to assist with general break-down, but vendors are asked to leave their space clean and free of debris.
