Offering a loving home to a small puppy that will stay small

I would really love to find a baby puppy so she or he can grow up with us, I would like to find one that will stay small in size. must be a small puppy and healthy. Im not looking to spend hundreds of dollars on a rehoming fee, I will pay small fee if they have shots and are healthy nothing over 100.00 preferrably under that or free as Im looking for one that is needing a loving home. I would like to find one in Princeton WV or Bluefield WV or even Bluefield VA or if someone can meet in one of those places. Please send pics and information if you have one available.
