United Staffing Associates is looking for a Paint Line Helper with knowledge of Adobe for one of clients that specialize in Bicycle and Motocross helmets and apparel, Duties & Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To): • Disassemble, remove, and store components from helmets/projects. • Mask helmets and other various projects using tape and masking material in preparation for painting. • Sand helmets and other various projects in preparation for painting. • Reassembly upon completion of paint. • Assist Print shop department, computer skills, knowledge in adobe • General shop up-keep. • Qualifications: • Ability to use and/or operate basic hand tools (manual and power-driven). • General mechanical aptitude, knowledge of Adobe • Ability and willingness to follow direction and be a team player. • Ability to work independently as needed. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. • Physical Demands/Environment: • Sitting/standing (8) hours per day using full range of physical motions associated with general labor work throughout the workday. • Manual lifting and maneuvering up to 40 pounds. • Work cross functionally with multiple departments to prep print orders. • Proof and file preparation: ensure print files for production are properly built and work with specified parameters per customer request, on a per-project basis. • Review all projects, ensuring the proper placement, sizing, grammar, and typography. • Process artwork files using Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator). • Press name and number logos onto Jersey’s using heat press machine.
