GenLNK, LIBA's young professionals group, is excited to host their 2nd annual fall fundraiser, Bags4Benefits Cornhole Tournament, to raise money for Chariots4Hope! The event will be held on Saturday, October 8, 1-5 p.m., at Kindkaider Brewing Co.'s outdoor patio in downtown Lincoln. We'll have music going, raffle items, and other interactive activities for players and spectators. The event is free and open to anyone who wants to come cheer on the teams and support the nonprofit. Chariots4Hope is a faith-based nonprofit organization that supports low-income families and individuals to maintain self-sufficiency through reliable transportation and ride programs! The tournament will consist of teams of two (limit of 16 teams) with double-elimination play. There will be a cash prize for the winning team, plus a betting pool among teams to sweeten the deal. Half of the final betting pot will be donated to the nonprofit! Teams are encouraged to reserve their spot and pay through Eventbrite to avoid paying more on the day of the event with cash or Venmo.
