Staying Innovative & Informed: Neuro and Trauma informed Techniques for Counseling Children, Adolescents, & Family Support. Dr. Michelle Ghoston resides in North Carolina. She is a practicing clinician in North Carolina and is also a Professor at Wake Forest University. She has over 20 years of experience in multiple settings. Her work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman approaches. Dr. Ghoston firmly believes that each client she is honored to work with must be seen through a cultural lens of acceptance and mutual respect. In her spare time, she enjoys watching most sports, spending time with family and traveling.
