Journey to inner peace is an outdoor program to unplug yourself from the busy world and reconnect with nature. In this hour, you will get to learn and practice an ancient meditation technique, guided by a buddhist monk. Additionally, participants will be immersed in a serene and peaceful nature and relaxing your body with simple and light stretching exercise, listening to the sound of nature, and learning some tips for work life balance.

Bring your own water bottle!
Bring your own yoga mat for stretching!
Bring your own chair in case you cannot sit on the floor to meditate
Bring your favorite cushion, zafu, zabuton to sit during meditation session if a yoga mat is not enough for you

3:00 PM - Light stretching exercise
3:15 - 4:15 PM - Guided meditation session and Q&A afterward
