Galena has a very rich history. Dale Glick has curated a collection of over seventy stereoviews featuring houses and scenes of Galena in its earliest years. Dale (he/him) is a historical librarian at the Galena Public Library. He has been fortunate to meet several prominent researchers in the Galena area who had original stereoviews. In July, he presented many of them to an engaged audience. To view the recording the first presentation visit our Youtube channel. This program will be presented live in-person at the library.
