The first section of the workshop "Kettlebell Skill Building" will be a 60-minute class where we break down and master the skills that will build into the kettlebell flow for the day.
12:00 - 1:00 PM
We'll take a little breather for a snack/coffee break and have an opportunity to tour the beautiful gym that is hosting us (Virtu). Coach Madeleine will also be available to give extra help for those who need some more 1-on-1 instruction.
1:00 - 2:00 PM
Our final portion of the workshop "Flow" will be a 60-minute implementation of the skills learned earlier in the day in the form of the flow. But it's not just kettlebells we'll be flowing with - we'll be pairing these rounds of kettlebell flows with animal flow, which is primal bodyweight movement guaranteed to give you the sweat, burn, and core work that makes this class elite.
