Description

Attend this small group, hands-on preparation of tomatoes using waterbath and steam canning methods. Current USDA recommended food preservation methods will be taught and used. This workshop will cover techniques required for consumers to produce a product suitable for personal use. Participants will receive items prepared in class and handouts. The class size is limited to 10 persons. Should you require special accommodations due to a disability, please notify our office ten days prior to the event. A minimum of 6 registrations are needed for the class to take place.
