Hey! My name is Sam Snyder and I live in the downtown Evansville area and am in the middle of recording a new album I feel has a lot of potential. I play guitar and keyboard and am looking for collaborators of all types. What I would like to do at first is start meeting up once or twice a week on a night that's convenient for everyone in my music room at my apartment for some more low volume acoustic "song circle" type jamming. To get a feel for the songs and arrangements and to go over the recordings I've got for this project so far. I'm looking for creative people who are passionate about making things and are down to help me create some quirky, nuanced, pop songs. Right now my influences range from 90's indie and r&b, to 70's rock, to classic video game soundtracks. I wanna bring that energy to this and eventually craft a stage show unlike anything else in Evansville currently. Most importantly I'm down to listen and communicate and make some music and connections that everyone involved can feel good about.
