I need the Hull Identification Number or CA DMV Registration Number from a 1984 Four Winns boat I previously owned in Southern CA until 2003. It was an inboard/outboard 19' open bow, faded maroon in color, with a rear ski deck, and had a bad heat exchanger and engine/wiring damage from weather and rodents. I gave it to an ex-friend (disappeared) and he gave it to someone else in southern CA. If you have or know the of the previously described boat and can provide a picture (with the CA registration number from the bow) and/or the Hull Identification number, and the DMV for the State of CA verifies that I once owned it (I will submit the forms and pay the state fees) then I will pay you $300.00 via Zelle for that verifiable information. The boat may be junked, and could be in the Lake Elsinore area, someone may have it as a project to repair, you may have seen it driving by, owned by a nudist, or you know of someone that has it.
