To begin Thursdays at FORGE on a light, caffeinated note, join us for "Let's Drink Coffee and Talk About..." in Roy's Place. Every week we'll set a broad topic and invite special guests who can lend their special experience, expertise, or enthusiasm. On May 26, we're drinking coffee and talking about collaboration. For our final morning coffee event of the year, we welcome Lisa Romero, Executive Director of Public Affairs at the University of Arizona BIO5 Institute, where researchers tackle big challenges in new ways by working together at the intersections of disciplines. Coffee is served from 8:30-9:30am. Thursdays at FORGE will continue upstairs in the Hub following program. Come for the coffee, stay for the conversation. ----- Lisa Romero is the executive director of public affairs, communications, and engagement for the University of Arizona's BIO5 Institute. She serves as one third of the enterprise wide BIO5 leadership team alongside Dr. Jennifer Barton and Kate Riley. Every strategic decision facing the institute is their collective responsibility.
