Steve "Mr. Eat Right" Couch is a culinary globetrotter who curates unique culinary experiences, infused with his travel to over 35 countries. Also known for his appearance on the hit Food Network show Guy's Grocery Games, Chef Steve invites you to come to enjoy his unique brunch spread in an upscale setting overlooking Hance Park in downtown Phoenix. His culinary perspective is the intersection where the Mediterranean meets the Caribbean: the perfect balance of lemon and limes and a thoughtful tribute to each. A native of Detroit, Michigan, Chef Steve is now a full-time resident of Phoenix, Arizona. He holds a bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Michigan State University, an associate's degree in Culinary Arts, and an endorsed certificate in Personal/Private Chef Services, granted by Grand Rapids Community College. His travels and natural curiosity have taken him across the globe, including nutrition research in South Africa, a chef position at the historic St. Andrews Link's Trust Golf Course in St. Andrews, Scotland, and various cooking positions within the United Kingdom and the United States. In addition, Steve has appeared as a regular contributor to Take 5 and Company, the most-watched lifestyle show on WZZM-ABC 13 in western Michigan, and Season 3 of Guy's Grocery Games, an innovative, competitive cooking show on The Food Network. His passion for food, cooking, and improving the lives of others is evident in everything he creates and shares.
