We are looking for Experienced Maintenance Techs needed for Multifamily Apartment buildings in Los Angeles and Long Beach Area. • This is a full time position* • Must have reliable transportation and a valid California Driver's license to travel to different properties. Qualifications Must have reliable transportation and a valid California Driver's license to travel to different properties* Be able to perform maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, roof repairs, etc Have great customer service and organizational skills, as well as excellent problem solving skills Self-motivated, takes initiative with a willingness to acquire new skills and a positive attitude a must Bilingual- English & Spanish
