SCG Development, New Harbor Development, The Housing Authority of The City of Frederick, and the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development invite you to celebrate the groundbreaking for South Street Centre. This complex project will provide 96 homes for seniors and 56 homes for families in downtown Frederick, and includes renovations of two historic buildings as well as new construction of three buildings. The 9/4 twin LIHTC was achieved with the shared commitment to affordable housing by the City of Frederick and the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development. The ceremony will include a lineup of community and industry leaders to speak on the success story of South Street Centre as well as the importance of creating quality affordable housing for our community. We look forward to having you join us! Time: The ceremony will begin shortly after 10:15 AM. Parking: TBD -Encourage carpooling- Important Note: This is an outdoor event at an active construction site. We encourage all attendees to wear sturdy, close-toed shoes.
