Our own Chef Julie Frans teams up with the folks at Seed Food & Wine and Paradise Farms to offer you a special farm-to-table-style, three-course, plant-based lunch, inspired by the season's bounty, and utilizing locally grown fruits and veggies.
Shop for produce at the farm, attend a cooking class and enjoy lunch with friends ... all in one fun afternoon at The Doral Yard.
During the lunch, you'll see a short culinary demo led by Chef Julie, and learn new recipes and techniques for preparing local farm produce.
Take home the recipe, helpful tips and a specially curated box of Paradise Farms food to make a delicious meal in your own home kitchen.
Join us at The Doral Yard on Thurs. 1/21 from 11:30 a.m. -1 p.m. for this special lunch to kick off the new year.
