Gold was first discovered in the Dahlonega area in 1828, twenty years before the Gold Rush to California. This year, we are proud to present our 1st Annual GOLD RUSH WEEKEND! We'll travel back in time, through the backwoods of North Georgia, and DISCOVER GOLD!!! This family-friendly weekend expedition is sure to be a great memory for years to come. Trail Guide: Danny Boles (@thedaddybadger) Pack your camping gear and cameras, fuel up your rig, and lets #GOXPLOR for some GOLD!!! PLEASE NOTE: Fees to do not include camping/meals. Camping fees ($35 per site) will be paid directly to the campground, and instructions will be sent to you in a separate email after registration. BYO Meals/Snacks.
