Who has free puppies?

I just went through a super hard loss and I'm looking for a puppy to take into my little family to hopefully being in some new love. I've been working with and training dogs for years, both as a hobby and for work. I have worked with numerous breeds and would be happy to take in any breed, although I'm hoping for a lab mix or medium sized dog. I already have one older dog and would like a bit of a calmer breed for her sake. I know that no puppy is calm, but I'm not looking for border collie or Queensland energy lol.
