Join our third generation, family-oriented and operated Construction Firm, earning $25+/hour and prevailing wages on many projects. We are a General Contractor looking for honest, hard-working, dedicated employees to fulfill the landscape/irrigation scope of our projects with the prospect of Foreman position in the near future. You'll be apart of installing irrigation systems and plantings and creating beautiful parks and projects all over the tri-county area. Our team is special with many long term employees. We are looking for someone who wants to grow their own skills and become a valued part of our team. Opportunities to grow into prevailing wage laborer, operator classification with time. Current duties include: - plant identification, layout and planting - installing, repairing, troubleshooting large irrigation systems - installing mulch, compost, sod and seed at times - monitoring and maintenance of plant health, irrigation systems Qualifications: - prior experience required - knowledge of plants and irrigation systems desired - prior experience with small pieces of equipment desired (small loaders; trenchers; augers) - ability to communicate effectively - reliable transportation; valid drivers license - willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions Benefits: - prevailing wages + pension paid on all prevailing wage projects - PTO, holiday paid - paid weekly - after 3 mos, additional benefits include: health, dental, vision, bonus program Apply: send resume with contact information to this job posting; call-backs will be made to request further information and interview
