drums and practice space

I’m a drummer in town for a few weeks and I need a place to practice that has a drumset in-house. Professional drummer, not particularly “heavy”, will not damage your equipment. Looking for more of a jazz/studio environment if possible. I would come in mostly mid-afternoon on weekdays - never need it at night after 6:30pm. Looking for an hourly rehearsal studio, or some other arrangement - perhaps a space that’s not used during the day? I’m trustworthy, pro, legit, website, résumé, references.. you name it!  Thanks
