Intimate beer dinner features an artful pairing of five Sailfish beers with five curated dishes. You’re cordially invited to attend the Sailfish Brewing Company's Food & Beer Pairing Dinner at Sailfish Brewing Co. on Tuesday, January 12th. This intimate beer dinner features an artful pairing of five Sailfish beers with five curated dishes, prepared by Chef Patrick Baker. Sailfish Brewing Company will be CLOSED to the public for this event. In order to provide each guest the ultimate dining experience, there are a limited number of tickets available. We will do our best to accommodate group seating requests, please email [email protected] to combine multiple tickets at the same table. We will be closed from 5:00-6:30 pm to reset the dining room. We will begin seating for dinner service at 6:30 pm. Dinner service will begin at 6:45 pm. Dinner Menu and Beer Pairings are subject to change. No substitutions.
