Reliability is a MUST! If you can't show up on time every day, you will not fit into our team. Basic Mechanical Ability and Familiarity with Standard Tools & Equipment Duties Include: Pruning, Trimming & Shaping Trees/Shrubs...Digging, Raking, Clearing and Spraying...Loading/Unloading Tools, Materials & Equipment...Mowing, Edging, Trimming, Blowing...Mulching, Weeding, Spreading Soil/Rock, Lifting...Some Minor Carpentry & Masonry Work (Experience Here a Plus!) KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A WEED TRIMMER PROPERLY BEFORE YOU SHOW UP. This will make or break you in the hiring phase. SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, occasional Saturdays, never Sundays. Schedule is Flexible--Start Time Varies from 7-8am, and we wrap up around 5-530pm. PAY: Calculated Hourly, Paid Cash Weekly on Fridays. 30-60 min lunches (crew decides together) Drive Time is Paid
