I've recently taken on too much work, and it's no longer economically effective for me to spend the time doing a lot of around-the-house maintenance. As such, I need someone who can come a few times a week for a few hours, and perform duties inclusive of (but not limited to) 1. Dishes 2. Laundry 3. Taking things apart 4. Lifting heavy things 5. Putting things together 6. Yard work 7. Sweeping 8. Mopping 9. Vacuuming 10. Cleaning up dog poop (from the yard) 11. Cleaning up the pool 12. Taking out the trash 13. Recycling And I'm sure you can extrapolate from there. If you're a human being who has lived for any period of time, you should be familiar with the kinds of things that need to be done around a house Some of the things (but not many) will be done outside, and it will likely be hot. Some of the things will involve moving heavy things, or possibly using tools. Some of the things will probably smell bad, like the dog poop, or the dishes if I've been particularly distracted by work. There are also a few pieces of "nude art" that are in the common areas, just stuff that my girlfriend came home at one point or another. All of this should be taken into consideration before applying. Preferred availability would be during the day, late afternoon or early evening, on weekdays. I can't promise to be entirely consistent with scheduling, however I can be flexible with scheduling. As such, this is a good opportunity for someone looking for supplementary income, and not someone who needs primary income. I would expect somewhere between 5-10 hours of work a week, across 2-3 days. The ideal candidate would be someone close to Southern & McClintock. The further away you are, the less sense it makes to travel here multiple times a week for short shifts of work, and the harder it would be to work around prior commitments due to travel time.
