Job Description: Custodian / Janitor Top Priority Maintenance Services LLC is hiring for Custodian / Janitor to support Berkley County. Please contact Eric Jones at 678-977-5415 or email resume to [email protected] Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly, depending on experience Available Shifts: Full Time or Part Time CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean/maintain floors Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/wall and window cleaning, metal, bathrooms and offices). Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas). Follow assigned cleaning schedule. Perform other general cleaning duties as needed. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Must have direct deposit. Must have transportation to and from the job site. Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test. Physical requirements of the job consist of lifting of up to 30 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking.
