Ringneck dove/pet bird and large cages

I need to rehome my sweet ringneck dove, Oliver, due to a recent disability that leaves me unable to care for him. He is friendly and not afraid of people, although he prefers not to be held -- but you can handle him easily. I am also offering two large cages, the smaller of which I paid $200 for and the larger was $300. His color/breed is "dilute tangerine ringneck dove." He was born in October 2020. Asking an adoption fee of $20 for Oliver the bird, only to ensure he is going to someone serious, and whatever you think is fair for the cage(s).
