Need vent stack replaced on townhouse

Need a vent stack replaced. It is in bad shape. The question is: does the tubing to the furnace need to be replaced. I am taking bids on this work. I am available at the house in Burke, VA on this coming Tuesday - all day. I don't have a labor rate because I am certain of the extent of the work.
