We are a leader in the corporate transportation industry in Colorado, serving a diverse clientele including corporate clients, sports teams, entertainers, wedding parties, event activities, and more! We are currently looking for quality people to work as staff at several upcoming events on Monday 8/8/22, Tuesday 8/9/22 and Wednesday 8/10/22. Staff will help event attendees get to and from their provided transportation to the event. You will be required to act, dress and communicate in a professional manner and demonstrate exemplary customer service at all times. For this, you will be compensated with an hourly rate of $23-$25/hour for work completed on the three days of 8/8, 8/9, 8/10. Staff does not need to work all three days but applicants with more availability are preferred. Potential for continued work for the right candidates. Our ideal new addition to the team will be someone who has a positive attitude; is detail-oriented; possesses excellent communication skills; demonstrates sound judgment; has the ability to think on their feet; and can maintain a high level of professionalism. JOB SUMMARY Create a welcoming environment for guests and facilitate their arrival or departure to and from transportation. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, opening doors, helping with luggage (if necessary), assisting staff with guest check-ins and tracking guest names. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with driver and guest connection. Adheres to customer service procedures. Documents and reports lost and found materials. Other duties may be assigned. **MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION OR ABILITY TO EASILY GET TO METRO-DENVER DESTINATIONS** (Company will reimburse for parking or public transportation) **MUST HAVE WORKING SMARTPHONE with Data Plan** (You WILL BE REQUIRED to use your own phone and data) LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and talk or hear. COMPENSATION Staff are well compensated with an hourly rate ($23-$25/hr) + possible gratuity from guests (not guaranteed).
