A Duplex 2 BR 1 BA ( normal size Duplex) should be sprayed (not with a roll !) all rooms incl bath All doors incl the green one all ceilings all kick boards all walls and frames but ! all in the same paint You have the equipment i provide the paint No power in the house but it can be provided if necessary After paint work the tile floors must be cleaned.
