Every time I think of the January 6th committee I think of the song "See You in September" performed by a group called The Happenings. I too am anxious for September to see what else the Jan 6th committee has uncovered. As for the poster who is pissing and moaning that the committee is one sided, I have 2 things to say: 1) There are 2 republicans on the committee. (The last remaining republicans who have not been weaponized by the ailment called trumpism.) 2) The rest of the republican party did not want to participate in the committee with the exception of a couple of people who seem to be some of the criminals under investigation. Usually sane people do not let criminals "investigate" their own wrongdoings. There is a poster here on CL that is posting all types of quotes and supposed quotes made by various respected people from throughout history. It is a good try of smoke and mirrors. Keep your eyes on the prize. - finding and holding accountable the traitors who tried to overthrow an election and our government. Watch the hearings in September. When you vote keep in mind the people who wanted to sweep the insurrection under the rug. The people who lied to you. The people who drape themselves in the flag and all things American but who bow to criminals and dictators. Use your common sense and vote such that these criminals don't gain control of this country. If they do then it will be the end of our democracy. If you need to get an idea of the crazies, next time when you are in the car flip the radio dial and tune into one of the stations that carry the wackies and listen for a while. You will understand why we cannot become complacent when it comes to voting and speaking up against their disinformation campaign. Once again, See You in September.
