TekPartners is working with a Billion dollar energy company that is looking for maintenance assistants. All candidates must have a driver license and vehicle. Candidates will get 62 cents of mile reimbursement. All candidates must reply back with a resume in order the get a call. Also let me know what location you would like to work for. Below is the job description. Title: Tank Maintenance Assistant Location: Milford OH, Massillon Ohio, Bethel Ohio, Cincinnati Ohio, Waverly Ohio, Florence KY, Circleville Ohio Duration: 3 months Compensation: $20.00 hourly Qualifications: Candidate must be willing to use their own vehicle for work. Mileage will be reimbursed at $0.62 a mile. Must have a valid drivers license General common sense Knowledge of the area (for mapping) Willingness to work (they will not be supervised while doing their job) Physical….must be able to walk, bend, use their hands and be outside. Typically requires a high school diploma, and 0 to 2 years of experience. Ability to work as part of a team. Problem-solving skills. Technical expertise. Ability to meet deadlines. Attentiveness. Ability to lift/move heavy objects. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Manual dexterity. Physical stamina. Vision. Responsibilities: Drive to a customers home and verify the address, locate their heating oil fill pipe, test it for integrity and put a sticker on that pipe. May have to interact with the homeowner (conversation). Repairs and maintains an organization's facilities, systems, or equipment. Receives work order requests for facilities maintenance from employees, tenants, customers, or other visitors. Ensures work is performed in a timely manner, and triages requests to prioritize the most critical repairs. Inspects and performs preventative maintenance or as-needed repairs on facilities or systems, which may include mechanical or electrical systems, HVAC or other environmental management systems, generators or power management systems, or fire or safety systems. Makes basic repairs and coordinates the work of specialists when more complex repairs are needed. Schedules maintenance or repairs to minimize disruptions to organizational operations wherever possible. Experience and Education: Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
