I need one experienced contractor to help me with a few vacant apartments. Drywall, painting, minor carpentry cover most of the updates needed. All work will be done M-F and between the hours of 10am and 6pm out of respect for the other tenants in the buildings. All work will be paid on Fridays with cash or company check. The ideal contractor will have good recent, verifiable references. I am willing to pay up to $20 per hour based on experience and ability but prefer to pay "by the job" if we can both agree on a fair price.
