Quicksilver and Calypso seek boat crew on our large passenger catamarans. Quicksilver runs from Lahaina Harbor. Calypso runs from Maalaea harbor. Our current need is snorkel trips on Calypso. Quicksilver runs snorkel trips to Lanai and dinner/sunset cruises. Snorkel shifts run approx 5am to 1pm. Mid-afternoon snorkel trips run along the West Maui coast 1-4 Dinner cruise approx 4pm to 10pm. Calypso runs snorkel trips to Molokini and dinner/sunset cruises. Snorkel shifts run approx 5am to 2pm. Dinner cruise approx 3pm to 9pm. You must be excellent in customer service, safety conscious, possess a healthy dose of common sense, a team player, be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Must be seaworthy as conditions can be rough. Snorkel trip crew must be excellent swimmer, able to free dive to 20 feet with snorkel gear. Must know how to clear your ears. Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests throughout employment. Medical marijuana or CBD products with TCH are NOT acceptable. Must be at least 18 years of age. Potential for all-around crew or focus on snorkel or dinner cruise Competitive pay rates. Full time or part-time opportunities available. $30+ per hour compensations consisting of $20 hourly wage (after approx. 30 day training period), tips and commissions.
