Description:
This interactive coaching session is ideal to equip people with REAL tools to have effective phone calls for whatever the company’s goals and initiatives are. This is a system that can be custom tailored to fit the needs of most businesses. The goal is to see a real increase in conversion and efficiency by making quality phone calls that produce results.
Content:
Power Point presentation is available if technology permits. Otherwise, Power Point can be via Hand Outs. Company provides the venue.
Variations:
Larger groups will benefit from the information and implementation of the systematic process of making phone calls. Smaller groups can participate in Role Playing and Real Time Phone Calls if desired. Tips and Best Practices can be shared amongst the group.
