Employers, Stop Wasting Time

You cry, no one wants to work, but when we call to ask for specific information not found in your job ad, you act inconvenienced. Guess what, the person who could help you feel less frantic could be on the other side of this phone call, but no, I interrupted you with relevant questions as to not waste my time or yours moving forward. ***Sigh*** Also, employers expecting people to fill out an application, divulge all our personal identifiable information before providing some range of pay rate -- you need to rethink that. Yes, some people will waste their time doing all that only to find that the pay is not even close to what is acceptable to them. Why waste time? Yours and mine. Oh well. I don't NEED to work, I WANT to work, but unfortunately you won't get to know that as long as you guard relevant information. Your lack of employees, well, that's on you, so stop crying about it.
