Description
Zoom is used to conduct all fitness, yoga, and mindfulness classes. Adults of all ages, fit or not, are welcome to attend the training sessions. You can work out while listening to classic tunes from the 50s and beyond, or simply relax and unwind to soothing sounds of chill beats and tranquil sounds with our yoga and meditation sessions.
Our classes are 45 minutes in length and $5.00 per session.
The Groovy fitness classes are: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from
9:00 - 9:45 a.m. Central Standard Time.
The yoga meditation classes are Thursdays from
6:00 - 6:45 p.m. Central Standard Time.
