Description

This is at a 100 acre camp on a lake with 33 buildings, mostly built in mid 1970s. Needs person competent in: Carpentry - able to build / repair decks, hang doors, etc Electrical - able to asses and replace outlets, switches, ballasts, etc Plumbing - able to identify and repair PVC, CPVC, PEX, galvanized, black pipe. Able to operate drain snake to clear sewer line clogs. Painting - able to roll, airless spray. Roofing - shingle and metal AC experience is a plus Welder is a plus Small engine repair experience is a plus Sometimes, (rarely) must work in the lake on water features, anchors, etc Must be able to work on ladders and second story roofs Must have reliable phone and phone service. Must have reliable work vehicle. Must pass drug and criminal screenings. Pay $17-$20 per hour depending on experience. 20 gallons fuel gift card paid monthly. Paid holidays and vacation.
