Rehoming playful young black and white cat

Description

The cat is a one year old male, up to date on all his shot and neutered. He's extremely playful and especially loves interactive toys like laser pointers and cat teasers. He also likes frolicking around our yard with supervision and never runs off. He's friendly and relaxed with people, and likes jumping up into laps or just laying out in the middle of the floor where some cats would feel insecure. He's cat friendly (introduce them properly!), has never been around dogs or children but gentle children should be fine. He's never scratched, bitten or hissed at anyone. He's very nice but he was abandoned by a former roommate and we already have pets and can't keep him. He last went to the vet about a month ago for his neuter and rabies vaccine booster. $25 rehoming fee, so no one takes him for nefarious purposes.
