We are looking for FT Tower Techs, Crews, Subs, rotating and non-rotating schedules to serve Minnesota, Wisconsin, North/South Dakota, and Iowa markets. **** $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 Sign-on bonus available **** The Tower Technician will: • Support tower construction and antenna and line installation activities as directed • Ability to read site plans and tower drawings • Distribute, pick up and organize tools and materials • Work with Construction Supervisors and Foreman to analyze job requirements such as labor and materials • Complete work in a timely and efficient manner as delegated by Construction Supervisor and Foreman • Perform construction activities as directed • Work with Construction Supervisors and Foreman to maintain a safe job site • Keep safety barriers correctly installed • Other projects and duties as assigned • Must be able to work overtime to include Saturdays, Sundays, and evening hours • Be able to travel 40% of the time, with extensive time away from the corporate location. (JDR attempts to be home on the weekends and shorten travel time. Education and Experience Requirements: • High school diploma/GED and 0-3 months tower construction / climbing experience required or 1+ years general labor or construction experience required • Valid Driver’s License - strongly preferred/may be required depending upon the location in which the position is required to work • Knowledge of standard knots Physical Requirements: • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job • Visual ability correctable to 20/20 • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, use hands to finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear • The work requires the employee to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl up to 90% of the day • Frequently the employee is required to lift or carry up to 10 or 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 or 100 lbs. • Able to climb to and work at heights exceeding 300’. The employee needs to have good vision for close work, distance, color discrimination, peripheral, and depth perception
