We're a non-profit organization that ordains people online so that they can officiate weddings for friends, family, and the community. Here’s what we do: eCommerce, Publishing, Advocacy, and Training. We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic part-time Fulfillment Support Specialist to join our Seattle team! The Fulfillment Support Specialist will assist in the preparation of products, shipment of orders, and receiving. You will be working in person in our Pioneer Square office! Standard working hours will be Monday – Wednesday, 9 am to 5 pm with opportunities for additional hours based on volume. Responsibilities for Fulfillment Support Specialist: • Process and fulfill orders for documents, accessories, and learning materials • Review orders and documents for typos and styling • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Attention to detail • Familiarity with Shippo is a plus! • Able to work effectively on a team with minimal supervision • Willingness to learn - we will train the right person!
