Description
-Part time superintendent position needed for 4 story building with 2 residential tenants and 1 retail tenant.
-Regular duties to include: cleaning the common areas of the building once a week, removing the trash three times a week, and communicating with management regarding tenant needs.
-Must have experience with NYC buildings, knowledge of boilers, electricals, and mechanicals, and must be responsive to text messages and phone calls.
-Preferable that the position is filled by someone who lives within 30 minutes to an hour of the building.
