CITY OF WEST RICHLAND Maintenance Worker II – Water Department The City of West Richland is looking for a Maintenance Worker II to aid in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the water distribution system, dewatering, and irrigation system. • Ability to Operate and Maintenance: o Deep Pumps for Potable Water System o Irrigation Pumps o Submersible Pumps in Groundwater Removal System • Maintain Working Functionality in PRV stations for Pressure Zone transitions (Cla-Valves) • Basic knowledge of Fire Hydrant operation and maintenance. • Water Main line / Service line repairs • Ability to perform routine water tests throughout system (Chlorine Residuals, Health Samples, etc.) • Ability to Operate Equipment: o Vactor Truck o Backhoe • Experience with On-site Chlorine Generation Systems preferred $24.69hr - $29.52hr DOQ Non-Exempt / Full-Time Comprehensive Benefit Package Equal Opportunity Employer First Review of Applications will be August 29, 2022 Position Open Until Filled Visit City website for complete job information and application instructions. www.WestRichland.org
