Why is New York Not Capable of Putting Citizens First

Florida Governor has suspended a Soros-funded State Attorney named Andrew Warren for his refusal to enforce Florida state laws. Why: Warren, whose jurisdiction is Hillsborough County [greater Tampa area] is accused by the governor of "publicly putting himself above the law" by refusing to: prosecute serious criminal offenses enforce Florida's 15-week abortion ban enforce Florida's laws restricting gender reassignment procedures for minors One example of Warren going rogue: Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister detailed how Warren refused to prosecute a gang member who fired into a home with women and children. One of the women now lives in a motel because she fears the free shooter will return and feels “as though her status as a victim doesn’t matter and the state attorney simply does not care.” The governor said: “We are not going to allow the pathogen that’s been around the country of ignoring the law, we are not going to allow that to get a foothold here in the state of Florida. We are going to make sure our laws are enforced and no individual prosecutor puts himself above the law.” Can the governor fire an elected state official? He cites Article IV, Section 7 of the Florida State Constitution, which says the governor has the authority to suspend a state official for "malfeasance, misfeasance, neglect of duty, drunkenness, incompetence" among other justifications. The governor has appointed Susan Lopez from the 13th Judicial Circuit court to take Warren's place as the governor seeks to remove him permanently. Warren has two options to challenge his suspension, either by forcing a state Senate trial or appealing the governors' suspension in court. If a DA does not enforce the laws equally the DA has nothing to Bragg about. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AREppyQf5uw
