We are currently recruiting for a Full-time Car Wash Attendant at our Mercedes Benz location state of the art car wash. $200.00 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment!!! Job Description: Responsible for performing the daily operational practices of running the dealership car wash facility. Attendant will run customer and dealership vehicles through the wash and ensure we consistently turn out a clean vehicle. Job Duties Include: Always be ready to assist customers with wash menu options and payment Guide cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor Wipe down vehicles where needed after the wash Be proficient with all car wash policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed Perform visual inspections in the wash to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to both the customer and to the dealership Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards Must have a valid drivers’ license with a satisfactory driving record Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test, and background check Physical requirements: regularly required to stand, crouch, and kneel; frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms and to use hands and fingers to feel objects, tools and components; occasionally required to stoop or crawl and the ability to talk and hear.
